Rooted in Ajmer and trained as a civil engineer, Er. Nikhlesh Chauhan Saini built his career on a simple conviction — that Rajasthan's architectural heritage and modern engineering are not opposing forces, but partners.
After completing his BE in Civil Engineering and a Master's in Valuation, he spent years assessing properties, planning structures, and understanding what makes a building truly last — knowledge he now brings to every project TNC undertakes.
In 2021, that experience became a studio. TNC Architects was founded with a single mandate: design and build spaces that respect the past while serving the needs of the present — from residences and institutions to full turnkey developments across 15+ states.
